Jennifer Fukui Castells founded Gravitas Partners, a global communications firm dedicated to helping leaders speak with greater impact. Jen brings a rare combination that sets her apart in communications consulting: deep media experience from her time at ABC News working with Barbara Walters, plus hands-on tech startup experience, including launching two companies (one acquired by Groupon). This unique background allows her to do what few can—help leaders communicate complex technical concepts while crafting compelling narratives that resonate.

Over the past decade, Jen has helped executives and creatives across venture capital, private equity, AI, technology, robotics, healthcare, and entertainment authentically connect with their audiences. At Clarity Media Group, she created communications programs for Academy Award winners, industry-defining tech founders, sovereign wealth funds, and tier-one VC and PE firms.

As both a keynote speaker and communications coach, Jen goes beyond generic coaching. She transforms both emerging voices and established leaders with strategies tailored to their specific objectives and industry challenges.
